How it works
Every calculator has an embed mode (?embed=1) that hides our header, footer and ads and shows only the tool. Paste the code from any calculator's "Embed" box — or build it from the table below — into a page on your site. The iframe resizes itself to the content. Replace YOUR-SITE-NAME with your name.
Who uses it
- Real-estate agents: a mortgage calculator on your listing pages, pre-filled with this week's rate, next to your contact form.
- Loan officers and brokers: the Compare Two Offers tool is built for the conversation where you show a client why your quote wins over their holding period.
- Bloggers and community sites: the Rate Shock Calculator is the most shared tool on this site during the hiking cycle.

The code
How the embedded calculator behaves
The iframe loads the same calculator that runs on this site with ?embed=1, which hides our header, footer and advertising and shows only the tool. Visitors can change every input and open a permalink with their numbers in it; the arithmetic runs in their browser and we never receive their inputs. The page inside the frame posts its height to your page, and the small script in the snippet listens for that message (checking that it comes from loanshelper.ai) and sets the frame height between 500 and 6,000 pixels, so the calculator grows with its content instead of showing an internal scrollbar. If you leave the script out, the frame stays at the fixed height in the snippet. The partner=YOUR-SITE-NAME parameter is optional: it records an aggregate view event with that name in our analytics so we can tell you if the embed stops working, and it is the only identification we receive from an embed. Rates shown inside the frame come from the same weekly data file as the rest of the site, updated on Thursdays, so an embedded calculator never shows a different week from the live page.

Free for any site. Keep the "Calculator by LoanSHelper.ai" link under the iframe. Calculations run in the visitor's browser; we never receive their inputs. The embedded tool shows our "next step" partner link; if you need a version without it, contact us.
